The Mediation and Arbitration Center (Mauritius) Ltd in collaboration with the MCCI Business School is launching its first workshop on Drafting and Negotiating International Commercial Contractsas part of its 2021-2022 Training Series.
The course is designed to guide participants in finding missing clauses and mistakes in different templates, drafting contracts, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
Courses will be conducted online by Mr. Bhumesh Verma, Advocate and Managing Partner of Corp Comm Legal and author of the “Practical Guide to Drafting Commercial Contracts”.
All courses are refundable by the HRDC. A certificate of attendance will be awarded to the participants.
